O Clube AgroMulher marcou presen\u00e7a com uma programa\u00e7\u00e3o transformadora, incluindo uma palestra e um painel especial que destacaram os desafios, oportunidades e o protagonismo feminino no setor agropecu\u00e1rio.\u00a0<\/strong><\/h2>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<h4><b>Quem s\u00e3o as mulheres do agro?\u00a0<\/b><\/h4>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">As mulheres representam <\/span><b>30% dos cargos de gest\u00e3o e administra\u00e7\u00e3o no agroneg\u00f3cio brasileiro<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">, segundo o Censo Agropecu\u00e1rio do IBGE. Al\u00e9m disso, a participa\u00e7\u00e3o feminina na produ\u00e7\u00e3o rural e na sucess\u00e3o familiar tem crescido, refletindo um cen\u00e1rio de transforma\u00e7\u00e3o e inclus\u00e3o.
